Return and Refund Policy

All purchases from Anaconda Art & Jewelry are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not provide refunds for a change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@janebellanteart.com. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Because many of our pieces are handmade or produced especially for each order, slight variations in color, texture, placement, and appearance may occur. These variations are part of the character of the artwork and are not considered defects.
